The Richmond Minority Advancement Scholarship assists college-bound seniors from Richmond Public Schools based on demonstrated academic achievement, leadership skills, and community involvement.

Up to $5,000

($1,250 renewable up to four years)

Base Criteria

• Graduating senior of a Richmond Public School

• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher

• Accepted at a 4-year college or university

• Demonstrate financial need

• Demonstrate involvement in community service or leadership

Guidelines

The scholarship will be dispersed in equal payments throughout the recipient's four-year program. Semester reviews and annual renewals will be performed. Students must maintain no lower than a 3.0 GPA.
